Writer Bill Bradley (not *that* Bill Bradley) details the recent, under-the-radar tactical successes of the new GOP Assembly leader.
I've long found it much more fun to watch how minority parties operate (e.g. watching Harry Reid out maneuver Bill Frist again and again between 2004 and 2006). They're given less resources to work with and by definition have to resort to unique strategems and politicking to play defense, let alone offense.
