I like this BBC breakdown of what broke down. It's easy to read and alarming. How many articles can say that! It also indicts Gov. Blanco (no surprise -- she's a goner), FEMA (ditto), and or course, Dubya/Federali.
Mickey Kaus has been blogging up some interesting stuff lately, too, about how Federalism and the concept of state sovereignity is very much to blame.
