Well, this would worry me if it were a decision from a Federal court or State Superior Court, but its just county court. It'll be overturned (unless the riturals are of the blood sacrifice variety and can be proven to be a danger to the kids' health.)
Can I just add that it'd be really cool if this judge turns out to be Jewish.

Oh, in defense of the Judge, I'd like to say that wicca is also very, very silly.
I mean, Christianity (especially Catholic-style) is like a 7, 7.5 on the 1-10 Silliness Scale of Religion Stupidity. Wicca's probably an 8.
Scientology? It's an 11.
