I wish this was nationwide. I would gladly vote for Arnold if he passed this for California. But fat chance. Doesn't he have five hummers or something?
Alex, it's easy for you to say that "Maryland=AWESOME" because you've lived your entire life 3,000 miles away. But as someone who spent the first 18 years of his life sharing the beltway with their terrible drivers, I say they shouldn't stop at taxing SUVs... they should tax extra on all automobiles. That will make the world (or at least the DC metropolitan area) safer.
