This I swear...
Before Friday I will reread issues 1-5 of Identity Crisis and then post my spoiler-filled theory as to whom the killer is. I now have possession of Alex's baby and I think it will come quite in handy in my sleuthing. Though I hear that even Batman will get this wrong, so I'm not going into this with a lot of confidence. Alas.
So yes, despite the busitude of this week, the last week of this hellish month we call October, I will perform this miraculous feet. Consider this fair warning. Get out there and read issue 5 so I don't spoil it for you. And if you aren't reading Identity Crisis, well, I don't know why anyone even taught you how to read.

I'm eager to hear your theories. We'll see if they line up with my own. Then again, you actually own the issues, while I just read it on the rack at the comic store, so your theories will most likely be more sound.
I also hear that the DC Encyclopedia either gets Sue Dibny's killer wrong, or ruins Identity Crisis for everybody.
Alex's copy has no entry for Sue Dibny and doesn't even mention her murder in the entry for Elongated Man. I've heard they updated it some for IC, but if they don't even mention Sue's death I can't really see how that's the case.
Well then I guess I heard wrong. That DC Encyclopedia sounds great, though. I wish Marvel would do one like that, rather than their little one-shot issues. The X-Men one didn't even have all of the X-Men in it.
