Bush no lkey the black vote
It's from the much hated BBC, but it backs up the discussion going on under the Eminem post. New Florida vote scandal feared: "A secret document obtained from inside Bush campaign headquarters in Florida suggests a plan - possibly in violation of US law - to disrupt voting in the state's African-American voting districts, a BBC Newsnight investigation reveals."
I'm just sayin'.
I'm just sayin'.

While I do not doubt the authenticity of a Bush memo (that does nothing more than list people who happen to be black), the article's crux is all taken from the word of one man -- a Democratic operative. It's "reporting" instances like this that only add fuel to the fire of the BBC being biased and untrustworthy.
I'm sorry, you find nothing at all suspicious about the Bush camapign keeping a list of black, and only black, voters in Florida?
I don't need a Dem campaign worker to tell me that isn;t a list of people they're going to encourage to vote.
I find it curious, but not entirely suspicious, mainly because I don't have a pre-conditioned knee-jerk condition to view all GOP campaing activities through the prism of racism. For my money, the real racism lies in elements of the Democratic Machine, which habitually takes advantage of undereducated and minority voters, using anti-GOP scare tactics and massed recruitrement drives (with a harsh emphasis on simply getting people to vote rather than educate them) to "get out the vote" and pad totals.
I'm also irrititated by the Left's longtime playing of "victimization politics." If John Q. Election Watcher thinks it's suspicious that I'm a 6-foot tall Hispanic man, but the registration form says my name is Mary Poppins, then he's racist and intimidating me. Call the lawyers!
