Oh, come on

FDA Warns of Terrorist Drug Tampering
: "Crawford said the possibility of such an attack was the most serious of his concerns about the increase in states and municipalities trying to import drugs from Canada to save money."

But they don't politicize the terror warnings. No sir.

Maybe the terrorists are putting anthrax in our oil. We should stop buying that, too.

So, if everything is just Bushies playing politics, do we have anything to be scared of? I mean, where do we draw the line? Osama and Friends are still trying to kill us. We can't just brush off all terror warnings. We're not the CIA, and this is not August '01. (Heheh)

If the Left, and then the general public, convince themselves that all terror threats and warnings are fake, or concern themselves more with the motives behind the alerts' postings than the alerts themselves, we'll all get burned. Badly.

Still, terribilists putting anthrax in Canadian-made Prozak is silly. They should put it in Canadian-made gravy.

You're precisely right. Which is why politicizing the terror warnings is such a tremendously dangerous thing to do. It's the boy who cried wolf. I'm not saying don't warn us of threats, I'm saying don't use some goofy terror plot as your excuse for not wanting to import cheap drugs from Canada. Couldn't terrorists poison American made drugs just as easily? Or poison any other product that we import? It's this overuse of terror scares (and they are constaantly trying to SCARE us and not much else) that will deaden everyone to an actual threat.
